昨天发邮件问悉尼领馆 明天失掉回复如图。假如我没有了解错的话，住昆州的就死了这条心吧。

各州应该都会有检测点的，不成能都跑悉尼吧。

Destination China Travellers
Effective from 8th November 2020, all travellers to China will be required to have firstly a Negative COVID-19 IgM antibody blood test, and secondly a Negative COVID-19 RT-PCR swab test, where the samples are collected from the patient 2 days prior to boarding.

4Cyte Pathology is able to offer COVID-19 IgM antibody blood test in addition to the COVID-19 RT-PCR test for all travellers to China from Friday 6th November 2020.

For travellers to China, please make sure you select China as your Destination when completing the online Registration form. The testing for Covid-19 RT-PCR swab testing and COVID-19 IgM antibody blood test is conducted at all International Traveller Drive In sites.

这个，诚恳求教，领事馆如何知道每集体住在哪一个州？由于总归都是从悉尼飞，假如提前来了悉尼在悉尼做了测试最初从悉尼飞，和各个地域领事馆有甚么瓜葛或者限度？

应该不是限度，只是说住昆州的在本地检测后就上传给布里斯班领事馆，把任务分给本地领事馆，否则悉尼大使馆要累得够戗
