窗户漏水，plumber这个报价算贵吗？

找了人过去报价，给我发了个quote, $980。价格我能够承受，然而看他的report貌似这个还纷歧定包管能修睦，后续还要再修？

Report:
On the front gable of this property the cement sheet face and timbers have deteriorated and water can penetrate through to the window frame.
The installation of the windows, cement sheet cladding with the decorative timbers has not been installed correctly.
There is no flashings around the window frames, especially across the top of the window. Window flashings should be under the cement sheet and extend out over the window frame.
The following quote is to seal across the top of the windows with a metal pressure flashing using a superior sikaflex sealant.
In the future a more permanent repair may be required and the decorative timbers will need to be replaced.

Quote:
Supply and install new colorbond flashings over the timbers above the 3 windows on the front gable to prevent water
running behind the window frame.
Using Classic Cream against the wall and Ironstone over the timber to blend against the current colours.
Use superior sikaflex roof sealant over plumbers roof silicon.
Remove all associated rubbish from site.

本人先入手试试，不行再找人修

买当初的带胶的水泥浆，把窗户周围凃二层，特别是有裂痕之处多涂而后视察一下。

赞成1楼的，这不是plumber的任务规模，要找人也得找 roofer.

此外，先本人看看。漏水重大的要看屋顶，问题轻微的则多是窗户的边框。前者找roofer, 后者本人封点水泥或者硅胶便可。
