Just started ISP service with Optus. I know Optus is not good, but the price was attractive, and quality was okay as my previous experience.
I did make several calls to Optus customer services. My point of view is Optus customer service was much better than Telstra. I called Telstra for four consecutive months after I received bills just for downgrading the plan; I contacted Telstra four times for disconnecting service, and the last time, I had been on the phone for more than 1 hour. The biggest promblem of Telstra off shore customer service was they could easily made promises, but it was extremely difficult to achieve them.
Telstra sucks. |
