卖房中介合同里有settlement agent的费用

比来筹备卖掉在珀斯的房子，第一次卖房，得多货色不太明确。本就打算本人找过户师的，但没想到中介合同里提到一个other expenses，问了中介，说是settlement agent fee for conducting the transaction between the banks - along with legal documents etc. 这实际上就是过户师相干的费用，对吗？我应该本人选择过户师仍是用中介提供的办事呢？费事大家给点意见，多谢了！

conveyancer or solicitor usually do not attend settlement themselves, they pass settlement instructions to settlement agent to deal with banks at the settlement which is what the fee about.

钱上没甚么区分，个别来讲都是要给这个settlement agent fee的。不外个别来讲是过户师或者律师给你找好，也倡议用过户师或者律师的，由于全部过户进程是他们对你担任。

你本人有就能用本人的，没有的话，用中介引见的，中介引见的通常都是对比靠谱的conveyancer，好的conveyancer会帮您省掉得多不用要的懊恼和费事。

这个看律师的 对比忙的律师都是把文件筹备好交给agent的

而后银行个别settlement都在固定之处 好比在Melbourne city 假如律师本人没有在city办公 他就会交给在city的settlement agent
