明天下昼接到一个电话02 9589 6221说他是Telstra工程技术人员,印度口音,说我家的网络被骇客攻入了,偷取我的集体信息,问我是否有电脑在边上,指点我修正网络数据。过后我就有点疑心,但仍是顺着他的话说我有电脑在边上,他问我甚么电脑,我说是苹果的,他就说把我的电话转移给他的下级技术人员,而后又一个略微有点印度口音的人说他叫Peter,接着问我好,说我家的网络被骇了,要做些平安防护,我立即问他的全名,甚么部门,他的电话多少,他说他叫Peter Braine,是Telstra 技术部门的,他的电话是398583997,我说你等会打过去,我要和Telstra 确认一下,他说没问题。起初我和Telstra 分割,很快任务人员告知我是骗子电话,幸好没有给任何信息,他们会备注下这个动静。
上面是Telstra收到信息的人立刻回复我的:
Hi, thank you for contacting us about this. We do not call customers about information like this and it was a good thing you had the presence of mind not to do as you were asked. I will put notes on your account about this。
稍后技术人员复核后又发给我:Sorry for the delay in response,upon checking with your previous conversation i can see that you have been received a call from a person who informed that he is a Telstra person. Good to hear that you have not many changes as per there instructions. I have checked in the accoount and there is no call made from our end as well.
为了平安起见,我仍是当即改动了我的网络名和明码。
固然他起初并无再打电话给我。
但愿大家惹起警觉,假如你接到这样的电话,根据他的要求更改你的网络,可能骗子可以骇入你的电脑,偷取你的集体储存电脑里的一切信息,那可能费事大了。
