demolish 应该把地弄到 ready to build 的水平

次要是想看下这些货色是否需求处置，还有处置的费用是否过高了。
下列是原话：
I have attached a building variation in regards to the demolition debris which is required to be removed from site.  If you would kindly sign and return as soon as possible as works are due to co妹妹ence onsite Monday 十二th November 2018.
I have attached photos provided by our site excavation manager of the sewer shaft that has debris and also may be blocked, the driveway which may contain concrete and the demo debris located within the soil.
