看你算是resident 仍是non-resident了。假如银行知道你是non-resident得花，间接10% final withholding tax.

所以，假如你在澳洲没有固定的住所，more than likely you are non-resident in this year for tax purpose. And if the bank didnt withhold 10% withholding tax on ur interest, then you need to lodge tax return and pay 10% tax on interest income.

how do i know whether the bank has withheld 10% withholding tax on my interest or not?

One more thing puzzling me is the interest accrued in my netsaver account.
the interest is calculated daily and given monthly. but why the figures of the interest vary for each month. the exact interest for each month is:

3, March   204
1. April   292
1. May     307
2, June    330
1, July    301

Can anyone help me explain this?
