如何向Auspost 索赔

经过邮局寄出一个包裹有tracking No.， 客户收到后提供照片外面货品曾经破损。 我是用泡沫加箱子打包绝对结实的；

确定是邮局将重货色压烂， 请问这能否向邮局claim insurance？  有流程吗？

谢谢，这个claim是由收货人去邮局claim； 估量没有客户去做这事，并且不是主人问题；我不成能要求客户去邮局；

只能算本人晦气了。
