Tax return vs return not

For those of you who have been lodging return not required forms with ATO in the past, because you have nil or minimal income.
The other way is to lodge a proper NIL tax return instead.
There are some differences between the two in terms of assessment, i will not go into too much detail, as it may seem to be improper advise.
