求教公司买车

我想以公司名去拍卖行买一辆二手的TOYOTA-TARAGO面包车,不知道有无GST,假如有,GST能全退吗?会否要交员工福利税?

请各位高人指教

if the car will be used 100% for business, then 100% of the GST can be claimed back as a refund, the company will not incur any FBT either in relation to the car.
If the car contains private component, it will trigger FBT.
