求教一下，家里的heater是brivis的，大家多久做一次service啊？

买的二手房，搬进来三年没做过。二楼一个房间简直觉得不到热，想着该颐养一下了。
一个报价是Service heater.

Labour and materials:                  $215.00 Inc. GST first 30mins plus any materials.
                                                          $37.00 Inc. GST per 15mins thereafter plus any materials.

brivis本人网站报价是The residential metropolitan rates for Ducted Heating and Evaporative Cooling is $285.00 for up to the first hour of labour and $35.00 for each 15 minutes thereafter.

求教先辈们，通常颐养要做多久啊？这俩其实单个小时价钱是同样的。

做service没甚么大的意义，性价比分歧算。

换个新的也就2000块摆布，最少能用十几年了
