下北都对比贵,1.6M的估算,只能说在Artarmon有但愿买到3房的townhouse。
2/2 Cleland Road Artarmon是4房3卫浴1车位的旧townhouse,在往年2月份卖了1.75M, 应该代表了阿谁区4睡房townhouse确当今市场价 (https://www.realestate.com.au/so ... -artarmon-130266814)。
2018年的时分,Artarmon两房的townhouses的买价在1.1M摆布。
楼下网友提到24 & 24A James Street Chatswood,我感觉这两个物业买价不成能是1.75M摆布。上面是同一个院子此外两个townhouses在去年的买价:
