自己职业会计，读了一个‘会计实践’的近程课程，然而没有经过考试。是不是能够减免？

考雅思，能够以为是为了职业进步英语吗？也能够减免吗？

There is no requirement that you have to pass the subject in order to claim the expense.
Does your job requires you to undertake 雅思? will you get a pay rise if you pass? personally, i think 雅思 is very private in nature. If i simply want to improve english for work, 雅思 would be one of the last things i do.
