drive way挡土墙歪斜责任问题

各位大神途经帮助看下，左侧的挡土墙曾经歪斜成这样了，觉得随时要塌，drive way进去是两户人家，咱们的deposit plan外面没有这个drive way，是属于街坊的，然而咱们有权益使用这个drive way

这类状况下是咱们需求保护吗？由于歪斜的这个墙连着是我家这边。大略要怎么做和花多少钱呢？

塌了再说吧。我看过不少砖的挡土墙，都是这样斜。

假如driveway不是你的,那墙也应该不是你的,应该是后面街坊屋主的责任吧?
