公司银行账户钱过户

请问假如在本人的公司银行账户上把客户的支票存进去，而后马上转到集体账户，ATO会知道我有一笔钱近来又出去了吗，谢谢

the matching sys of ATO 1st wont know the story behind that as said and you could explain this accordingly afterwards if  you are under their hook , which you need to explain that these transacations have been taxed by some entity, your co. or yourself.
