I have a good suggestion for you. If your company allow you, you can take annual leave in between the maternity leave. Say start your annual leave from 22nd Dec and end whenever you entitled to. Then continue your maternity leave. The benefit of doing this is you will get extra 3 days leave/pay because 25th,26th of Dec and 1st of Jan are public holidays. You would get paid for these public holidays while you’re on annual leave anyway. Do you get what I mean? |
