Therefore, as you have already made claim for the Bond, we will have no alternative than put in dispute for the full refund of the Bond back to you which we will do today.
The only alternative is to provide us with your forwarding address and a written guarantee that if and when the power is connected and any of the lights, power points or equipment is not working then you will accept responsibility for the replacement or fixing of same.
Should you not respond by 5pm today then we will lodge the dispute form with NSW Fair Trading.
