“We have reached some major milestones for BEYOND over the last six months including receiving the project permit from City of Hurstville in mid-2017, as well as achieving pre-sale targets for Stage 1. We are now in a position to engage a builder for BEYOND,” says
Paul Fridman, founder and director of Fridcorp.
“Interestingly, the majority of sales to date have been to owner-occupiers, particularly people who live in Sydney’s inner-west corridor, in areas such as Burwood, Strathfield and Campsie. Purchasers have recognised we’re providing design-focused apartments in Sydney’s burgeoning South at a relatively accessible price point and in a well-connected suburb that’s within walking distance to both Allawah and Hurstville train stations.
“Hurstville is undergoing significant urban regeneration, with improved rail networks, the ongoing redevelopment of the nearby Westfield, as well as the new Hurstville Central Plaza. These improvements are driving the appetite for apartments and the vibrancy of Hurstville is increasing as a result,” says Fridman.
BEYOND apartments range from 50 to 100 square metres, plus balconies and are priced
from $565,000 to $1,500,000.
BEYOND will also feature a resident-only co妹妹unal area across two buildings, as well as
600 resident car parks, 80 visitor parking spaces and 210 retail parking spaces.
Construction of BEYOND is expected to co妹妹ence in the fourth quarter of 2018 with a
two-year build scheduled for completion in late 2020. |
