二手车交易顺序征询

请问假如买二手车，但车主想留住旧的plate，那应该怎么操作？是在车先在买主名下请求新plate再转给我仍是能够间接在我名下出新的plate？。

这类状况跟车和plate 一同卖掉的顺序有无不同？谢谢

Keeping the number plates

If you’re selling or otherwise disposing of a vehicle and you want to keep the number plates, you’ll need to take action before you sell the vehicle.

To keep the plates, you have the following options:

Exchange the number plates for plates on another vehicle registered in your name
Reserve the number plates at a registry or Service NSW centre, and have standard plates issued to the vehicle instead.

我刚办过，把想保存的车牌拆上去拿去RTA交他们保管再买一块随便的新车牌，你买车时连新车牌把车开走便可，原车主需花钱把原车牌掏出上在新车上。

那假如是先买新车再卖旧车呢？买进车当天能够把车牌转到新车上，旧车就等卖了买家间接上牌能够么

换牌不必交STAMP DUTY的，只用交牌费，换完后正常买卖便可。。。

先买新车拆下原车牌的同时车主必需给旧车也买一块车牌，否则RTA是不允许只把原车牌上在新车下面而旧车不上牌的。
