9月请求ABN的时分，认为收到的款应该不含GST，就没勾阿谁GST甚么的选项。对方付款的时分却付了GST，不知道该怎么把GST上交国库？有无时间限度？是在明年6月财年完结的时分和集体所得税一同报吗？

if you did not register GST, you cannot charge GST. You should not put GST on your invoice which you give to your customer. you need to refund it to your customer.

another way is to register for GST and back date to the beginning. you will receive BAS from ATO

由于是对方代生成invoice的，外面曾经有GST了，我也不懂，就浑浑噩噩的接纳了他们的付款。
