what is the point of building a new house on a 300sqm land with easement at the back?
If this is for owner occupation, good for short to medium term not long term. Good location though.

It fits most of my criteria, main reason is budget, if it’s the price in their reserve price. That’s the only house I can afford around Strathfield burwood area. Less than 5 mins walking to station. Double bricks house that can still last me for a couple years to save more to build a new house. Land small but acceptable.

我感觉easement并非值得不斟酌的严重要素啊，大部份房子都有easement。很少房子没有easement线的，次要不是居中就行，话说easement很少在房子正两头经过的。我也感觉covenant和overlay之类的才是要留意的症结点
