老房子，筹备装修下列名目，问了一下council，回复说好像需求请求才能够。
请问各位装修过房子的先辈，是不是一定要council批准才能够动工？地点Willoughby City Council。
1. 两个卫生间创新。
2. 换室边疆板。
3. 厨房创新换橱柜。
4. 室内刷漆，房子外墙刷漆。
5. 改换窗户和门，包罗通向后院的bifold的门
下列是council回复：
In response to your email dated 16/十二/2020, the proposed works listed in points 1-5 would likely require a Development Application and Construction Certificate prior to co妹妹encement of the renovation. The subject applications can be sourced from Council’s Web site.
With regards to “Free garbage cleaning”, mentioned in your email, please contact Council’s Customer Service on 9777-1000 for advice on this matter. |
