共事讲了个故事： 某农场主在自家地里挖条沟，后果把供电线挖断了。花了五千大洋修睦。大家听了都会认为他后期筹备没做。没有dial before dig。
其实人家都做了，还花前请了专业tradie现场勘探的！

故事还没完。这个农场主起初又要挖沟，后果又挖到了电线。这次搞得对比大，把全部镇子的输电路线给搞断了。还好挖掘机挖的，一万一千伏。很侥幸，没伤人。

DBYD其实就是个中介    把收到的request 再转发给各个uilies    而后向utilities按转发request的条数免费

utilities再从本人的GIS database外面把request的后果生成    发还给集体

这年头没哪家utility能包管阿谁location的后果是百分百精确的    所以回信外面免责条款是一定有的

规范做法应该是找专人拿着探测器在地上扫描   标出地位

亲自阅历   这个地位也不是百分百精确的     缘故一大堆      

总之挖地是高危行业   特别是在郊区

只挖到十一kv算命好的    我见过把oil-filled HV给挖断     要专门重新西兰调人   英国分配件来修的   24小时派人在坑边上守了3个月    最初账单近百万
