明天 (24号)去National Park 收到一张罚单,No valid day ticket or annual pass displayed。不外真实冤枉的是,以前(十一号)在网上曾经买National Park Annual Pass,只是尚无收到sticker;并且我把Invoice 都打印贴在挡风玻璃上了。要是早收到sticker,贴上就没事了;不外澳洲的服务效力就这样,没收到pass也不克不及怪我呀。
阿谁Invoice上两句话对比无意思:You may print this page as proof of your Pass purchase. However, you may not use this receipt in place of your annual pass.
求教大家:假如请求review,有但愿么?假如review失败再上法庭,如何?万分感激

While we have concluded that the penalty notice was correctly issued, we have determined a caution should apply in this instance.
You do not need to pay the penalty. If you have already paid and you have no other fines payable, the State Debt Recovery Office will refund the payment.

此外一个事实:收到罚单当天邮箱外面曾经有sticker了,确定是前一天邮局就送到了,只是因为周末没有开邮箱。吃一堑长一智,当前一定留意了 |
