你说的car title 是指ownership仍是RTA registration？

假如是RTA vehicle registration我记得曾经不克不及做joint name了，是NSW。

i dont think car insurer would required the proof of relationship to make a claim if occurred. because policy holder thing but the driver/s cover under the policy is another thing.   

anyway, for proof of ownership: invoice, contract, payment transaction, registration etc. proof of relationship: marriage certificate, tax return,if you included your spouse
