I am a contractor and just set up a family trust called xx pty ltd ATF xx Family Trust. Do i need to register a ABN and TFN to get my payment from agency? If yes, is the ABN for Family Trust or for the company?

Get an TFN and ABN for the trust.
If the company is only going to be the trustee then you just need the ACN for the company.
