求教一个投资房的问题:我有一套公寓,当初出租,大略值42.5万。大约还欠房贷27万。我当初想新一套自助房,让银行给我把第一套房子top up到37万,这样我需求缴纳一些保险。然而银行说这样税务局会查,说:
