Is the land value used for land tax purpose based on land size only or other factor as well? For example, 1000m2 house close to Epping station will be more expensive than 1000m2 house far away to Epping station, but since they are both in Epping and have the exact same land size, will that mean the land value will be the same for land tax purpose? If not, what factor the land tax office used to calculate the land value? |
