楼主开的是方便店，因为是新店，彻底请求不到myki运营，metro ptv电话都打爆了，发过有数次的邮件，回覆只要很standard:

Please be advised that PTV is not currently taking any further expressions of interest at this time. Should the need arise to engage additional myki Retail Outlets, PTV will embark on a process to identify preferred locations, taking into account local public transport access routes, customer patronage, population and demographics.  Following the identification of a preferred location, PTV will undertake a suitability analysis on those businesses within close proximity to the location identified.

我感觉不会有用的，以前Telstra nbn有问题，停了我电话网络4个月时间，你没有看错是4个月，均匀一天2小时打Telstra 电话无果。无法找区议员打电话去Telstra，Telstra 的印度人更本不屌议员，就说没有方法，咱们也尽力了，请议员等动静，再次无果。
最初得知TIO的存在， 打电话投诉一天搞定。我问Telstra 要了$880的抵偿金，Telstra的complain department 豪放的说：我给你$1000 credit.
这个故事告知咱们要找对软肋才行。大公司不屌议员。
