求教各位，大家个别选啥保险公司，我怎么quote半天,只有是选择renting as landlord就不让持续quote了呢？

二三百的LANDLORD INSURANCE 需求再买BUILDING INSURANCE，上千的LANDLORD INSURANCE是包罗BUILDING 的。

保险都有一个月冷静期。先到对比牢靠的保险公司网上买份保险。之后缓缓对比其余公司劣势。一个电话就可以把冷静期的保险给勾销。

好比， Coles Insurance, 目前还无奈承受投资房保险的。

投资房，我目前是用 AAMI。

保的，你选landlord insurance - building only，在quote的最初有additional cover能够选，包罗tenants rent default，damage caused by tenants，loss of rent，motor burnout cover，这些additional cover有些细节不如terri scheer的好，好比terri scheer没有excess for Loss of rent，毕竟terri scheer做这个好多年了，不外coles性价比还不错，详细你本人能够对比。
