rental income will belong to me or my husband

The rental income profit $5000.00 after deduct all the interests and expenses.

I am the owner , but the borrower is my husband and I.  Could somesone give some advices who can claim the income of that $5000.00 ?

Unless you and your husband are both the transferee, otherwise the rental income should only be reported under your name.
