Building insurance 不是body corporate 外面包罗了的吗

无body corp 的确定要买，不然银行不给存款，并且要把存款银行告知保险公司，保险的certificate给银行一份copy。有body的好像是它一致买吧。

if it is a strata property, landlord and content only as your strata fees already include building insurance.
