请问悉尼的公立小学的Kindergarten只能5岁当前入读么？

看到当地公立小学网站上注明 Enrolments in all grades, both local and non-local area, are made through the Principal. Students are eligible to enrol in Kindergarten if they turn five years old before 31 July in the year of entering school, but must do so prior to the beginning of Term 3 that year. 还好，我女儿是4月生的，能够早一点点入读。可是南澳的敌人说有外语配景的孩子能够早1年入读，她的孩子4岁就去了千米小学的kindergarten,是否南澳和悉尼不同呢？

没有听过这个说法。只有在当年7月底满5岁，就能在1月底上kindergarten.
早上一年学并无甚么特别劣势
