求教对于白叟的公家医疗保险

请问假如白叟之前有过脑出血病史，买公家医疗保险的话，假如脑部再出血，住院甚么的医疗保险cover吗？我知道假如之前有哪方面的病史的话，再犯公家医疗保险是不论的，不知道澳洲这边是否也这样？请大家指教！

记得对于病史的，是要有waiting period的

I just bought private insurance for my mum 2 months ago and I have asked Medibank about similar concerns:

All the pre-existed illness, i.e. cancer, heart problems, eyes etc, as long as you serve 十二mth waiting period, you can go straight to operation if admitted to hospital.
