维生素胶囊剪开服用的问题

给白叟家买的复合维生素胶囊太大了，服用起来让白叟很好受，但剪开来阿谁液体的滋味白叟家又承受不了。

想请问能把这个液体和温蜂蜜水混合一同服用么？

胶囊太大找找液体的呗，或者片剂的。

哦，都买了好几瓶带回国了。下次天然不买这类大胶囊的了。

In order to fit all the essential nutrients into the supplement, the capsules are made this size. You can prick the capsule and add the liquid to a little honey or yoghurt for ease of swallowing. Alternatively, taking a capsule out of the bottle for a half hour before ingestion, helps to soften the capsule and may make it easier to swallow.
