买landlord的保险，理赔时需求出具property inspection report 么

刚买了一份allianz的landlord + building的保险，不外看了一下条款 对于 conditions of cover , 需求做property inspection reports 并且每一年都要做假如长时间出租的话， 不知大家有无做这个，费用多少一次？仍是有其余保险公司不需求这个条款。 谢谢请指教。


You must complete a property inspection report or have
your authorised real estate agent or a qualified appraiser
complete:
a. at the time when a new lease or rental
agreement co妹妹ences;
b. at the time when an existing tenant vacates the property;
and/or
c. at least on an annual basis if there is long term tenancy.
In the event of a claim we will require copies of the property
inspection reports.

请注意or前面的内容。假如经过中介的租房，个别是不需求的，由于中介在出租前会有一个condition 检测并记载在案，假如需求claim保险，保险公司会经过中介拿condition纪录以证实毁坏是房客酿成的而不是出租前就有的。

多谢， 据我的了解，假如是本人办理，是不是要和租客签个reprot就能了，证实现在出租是的情况。假如泛起理赔，保险公司能够按照这个report赔付.

方才打电话问了保险公司，这个report 其实至关于property conditions report .也不是一切的claim需求这样的report，just case by case.好比说房子因为storm而受到的损坏，其实和这个report就没无关系了只有证实这个storm是在保险时间规模以内。 假如是门窗毁坏的话就需求这个report来证实了
