terri scheer 很好，只有租客在买的时分没有拖欠14天以上，就能买。

价钱nsw最贵，个别350-380.

房钱陪6-8 周（ bond之外的才算）

买以前记得看PDS，我有个房主本人跑去买了landlord insurance，后果人家coverage大部份是出租房的房子自身，房钱甚么的都是extra，没买。起初租客那里出了问题没法用
