How to complain a GP

After we moved to a new suburb, we started to go to this GP.

He is very poor about the medical knowledge.
And I am getting more and more angry about his unprofessional treatment.

Is there any way we can lodge a complain against the doctor?
I am not talking about any special accident
But just general things.

不外感觉病人不成以反映意见
GP无论好坏，都从政府拿同样的Bulk bill的钱

咱们原来看了个ＧＰ也很极品，我带女儿看湿疹，她居然是甚么病，开甚么药都要等隔壁的医生来帮看。。。。起初隔壁医生告知她开甚么药，她还常常去查字典。。。真不知道他这类怎么能当上ＧＰ的啊。。
