假如是house的话，买了landlord insurance 后还要不要买building insurance？

building insurance 是为了保险修建部份（极可能不包content，但个别有此选项）的不测
landlord insurance 是为了保险租客的default and landlord liability
（欠好意思，不太知道精确的翻译）

谢谢，可是我quote了aami的保险，发现他们的landlord insurance有问到要保的building的价值以及content的估值等，所以我才感觉它包罗了building insurance以及content。就看我本人要买多少罢了。
我不知道其余家的保险是否这样

Aami 的landlord 不包除了melicious以外的damage,并且不包content噢，要谨慎
