If me as a purchaser I signed the contract put in 1000 deposit just waiting the vendor get back to me with the contract signed for the finance and stuff . But he changed his mind not selling not gonna signed the contract . . So do I need to do sth to make sure its they void the contract . Not selling in stead of I havnt fulfill the contract and the contract ends yet he replies.

人家没签不赞成。合同需求单方签字后才失效。人家看不上你的offer.
