礼拜六看满意了套townhouse, 物业每季度才四百多,三个房间,两个车库,又是2013年的新房,十分喜爱。原本昨天要交定金了,律师说咱们明天仍是买个 house building report 吧,我说有须要吗?三年的新房,还在保修期中,不知道他雕虫小技,从哪里弄来屋主前年做的 house defect report, 不看不知道,一看吓一跳,原来屋主入住半年后就发现房子有问题,做了份defect report, 想和修建商打官司,要抵偿不知甚么缘故被拒,就保持了,屋顶乃至有破瓦,瓦片的装置也是很业余,所以会漏雨不停,还有其余问题就不罗列了,不舍中只好保持,同窗们有时分咱们不要太置信本人的眼睛,花点钱买个report仍是须要的。
