方便店也有每一年一次的health inspection吗？

两个月前council来人做反省，一共就花5分钟还不到。我一个方便店又不做吃的（只是有个pie warmer外面有几个pie和sausage roll）能有啥可反省的。。。
明天收到了council寄来的tax invoice，$160。 真搞不懂为何这个health inspection需求商家来付钱，又不是我让他来的。。。 council收那末多council fee都用来干吗了！
打电话去问，说是方便店也需求每一年一次反省，餐馆甚么的需求两次，可我看网站上也没写方便店也要反省啊。。。莫非有个pie warmer就被当成food shop了。。。

假如是council的话，好像是不收钱的，我之前做pizza店，也每一年反省，也不免费的啊！！

的确是council的寄的账单，我也感觉奇怪，我记得以前来人反省的时分我还特地问过要不要免费，阿谁人说是收费的，怎么两个月当前账单到了。。。

打电话到council那边，一个lady说需求付费，我说我过后问阿谁人的时分他怎么说是收费的，那lady说第一次是要付费的，假如要求从新反省则是收费的。。搞不懂啊。。。谁没事要求从新被反省啊。。

对了，我是在悉尼的，不知道LS是在哪里的。。

电话里我跟阿谁lady埋怨说你们让小生意愈来愈难做，她说你很lucky不是开饭店的，开饭店的要260一次，一年反省两次。我这方便店只有160并且一年一次。

我的店三年了，从没被反省过，不外上上周去ashfield一家店，老板说她那里每一年也是有人去看一下，而后寄一张160元的帐单，其余店都没据说过，都是收费的

Premises which sell hot foods, ready to eat foods or have had a number of food safety non-compliances may be inspected twice per year and those businesses which only sell dry foods, or carry out low risk activities in relation to food handling may be inspected one time per year.

Premises that may be inspected include restaurants, cafes, fast food outlets, kiosks, bakeries, supermarkets, temporary food stalls, school canteens, child care centres preparing food, home caterers and any other establishments where food is prepared, stored and sold.

The regulatory inspections can be carried out at any time of the year and are designed to make an accurate assessment of food handling practices and food safety measures within the business.

总感觉这类反省应该收费才对，反省平安隐患甚么的不都是收费的么。。这就是council的任务之一呀

下面根本上没写甚么，就写了food shop-category 2  inspected 而后就是$160,所以我才不明确，才打去council问的，后果跟我说是health inspection的钱，说每一年一次。。。还说她认为会不仅$160这么少。。起初又说按照convenience store的category，的确是160.。。

明天让老公去council交钱了。。。不论是甚么钱，人家council想要钱确定是能找到理由的，再argue也argue不外吧。。。这个万恶的社会啊～～

刚看了一下city of sydney的网站，下面有council会收的各种费用，还真多。。。  大家能够理解一下

其中health inspection for food premises只要$85，估量此外$75是local council缺钱本人创收了。。。

下面还写着local council有权增加乃至罢黜费用，估量没被免费的店主是由于local council对比小气帮你罢黜费用了。。
