The tenants  have mentioned that the lawns are quite overgrown along the nature strip. I believe this would be the responsibility of the strata to attend too. Could you please let me know if the strata can arrange someone for this? Otherwise if it is the lot owners responsibility, I can arrange a quote for this before proceeding.
