谢谢。次要是refinance出来的钱和本人的钱都放在同一个自住房的offset 账户里了， 当初要从这个offset账户里拿钱出来买投资房不知道这部份钱发生的利息能不克不及抵税。
此外有好的估价师公司保举吗？谢谢

you cannot take out money from offset account for deposit. offset is your saving. only money redrawed from loan tax deductible then accountant has to prorata interest. when the house settled ideally split the two loan.
