Beecroft 270曾经够高了，只能说中介漫天要价，有实力就把刀磨好。

for 28 Hannah Street Beecroft, the asking price is still $3,350,000, but the land size is just an approximate 1,453sqm. The one which was sold for 2.7m, I reckon the land size is 1,435sqm..

Just checked the url http://www.realestate.com.au/pro ... -beecroft-十二5409710, and I can see the inspections have been updated, so maybe it was NOT sold during the auction.
