想问一下mini BUS假如载5 6岁的儿童需求加装儿童座椅吗？
假如是中巴呢？

好多小巴用来跑school bus拉kinder 和 prep 的小敌人, 外面也是没有平安座椅的.
不知道 school bus 是如何审核的....

我也很猎奇这个事件，按理来讲都需求系平安带，然而小孩太小平安带斜着那边就会卡到头顶，所以至关于没系，莫非他们平安带高度都升高到小孩高度？
