    请问一下这类先生公寓怎样?看房钱报答率很高啊,不知道哪些其余潜伏费用?会不会很高?

    欠好之处:
    1.房价涨得很慢;
    2.不克不及存款;
    3.卖出难题。

    和serviced apartment差未几,增值很慢,我记得我老板跟我说他是0几年卖过悉尼的一个serviced apartment,十年后的再卖出也就高了几万罢了

    比存按期强点,缺陷是没甚么增值,物业费过高,只能住先生,大户型银行不克不及存款,有的还有专门的中介。 个别毛一年8%-10%挺吸惹人,去掉各种费用能到6%摆布,有的是有房钱池pool整栋楼全部名目的房钱最初一切业主按大小平分。

    谢谢大家回复。我算了一下,9%应该是毛收益。假如物业费按6楼说的2500一个季度的话,净收益就过低了。。。
