If this agreement is a  fixed term agreement it may be ended by the landlord or the tenant by giving written notice of termination. The notice may be given at any time up until the end of the  xed term but cannot take effect until the term ends. The landlord must give at least 30 days notice and the tenant must give at least 14 days notice.
是说租约完结后通知仍是完结以前通知？

房主通知最少30 天，也就是2月14号通知，3月14号搬迁？
房客最少14天通知，也就是2月28号搬迁？

2月14完结。房主1月14通知，2月14搬迁。房客1月31通知，2月14搬迁。

谢谢解惑，我起先也是这么想，然而房主始终坚决合约后开始算。

不是这样了解。每个前提都是一个限度。好比合约结速日期，抉择了搬迁日期应该在2月14或当前。那租客和房主均可以选择这当前的任何一天搬迁。选择了搬迁时间。要提前通知，就从选择那天往回数。整体上租客更灵敏，例如房主通知租客后，租客纷歧定要在房主指定的那天，能够选择更早走。

NSW记得好像过了fixed term，房主要给60天仍是90天的notice的
