Vendor的银行和我的都是cba.
Vendor conveyancer的回复是：unable to locate the security packet that contains the title of this property
大家看看，这是怎么回事。意思是title找不到了吗

增补一下， 第一次推延settlement, vendor conveyancer 的回复是： this is due to the vendor had a partial discharge and their bank is not ready
