咱们投资房的building insurance和landlord insurance始终是离开买的，building insurance是Allianz，landlord insurance是Terri Scheer。这两个保险都在近期要renew了。
收到Allianz的信，貌似关于投资房他们不提供独自的building insurance了，要买就得买他家的landlord insurance的package，这个package包孕了building, content 和landlord方面的保险。然而landlord方面的条款至关简略。
之前之所以买Terri Scheer的landlord insurance好像也是看友保举的，他家听说也是专做这方面的保险。咱们做房主以来碰到的租客都还行，所以尚无claim的教训，然而当初再去看看网上的评论（https://www.productreview.com.au/p/terri-scheer.html），好多差评，所以心里有点打鼓。
咱们的投资房不是很旧所以building insurance我不太在乎，有就行-了，claim的可能性很小。然而landlord insurance我感觉仍是蛮首要的，想知道目前大家用哪家的landlord insurance多一些？
